Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your place on a Lusso Tours trip. The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your place being released.

2. Pricing
All prices are per person and are not subject to VAT. Prices include only those services explicitly listed as included on the tour page.

3. What’s Included
Accommodation, airport transfers, breakfast, guided rides, mechanical support, and support vehicle services as described on the tour page.

4. What’s Not Included
Flights, travel insurance, lunches and dinners unless specified, bike hire unless stated, and personal expenses.

5. Rider Responsibility
Participants must ensure they are physically capable of completing the rides described. Lusso Tours reserves the right to exclude participants who pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

Travel Insurance

All participants must hold valid travel insurance covering cycling activities, medical treatment, and repatriation. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.

Liability & Risk

Cycling involves inherent risks. By booking a tour, participants acknowledge and accept these risks. Lusso Tours is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by proven negligence.

Accommodation & Itinerary Changes

Accommodation and itineraries may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Any substitutions will be of a similar standard.

Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and store personal data solely for the purposes of administering your booking and providing tour services. Data will not be shared with third parties except where required to deliver the tour.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
