Cancellation & Booking Terms

Deposit and payment

A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your place on any tour. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the tour departure date. If booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

The £300 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, you will receive a refund of any balance paid, minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.

Changes to your booking

If you need to change your tour dates or transfer your booking to another person, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes where possible, subject to availability.

What's included

All tours include airport transfers, accommodation with breakfast, guided routes, professional guides, mechanical support, photography, on-road support vehicle, secure bike storage, and a Lusso Tours jersey. Specific inclusions are listed on each tour page.

What's not included

Flights, bike rental, lunches, dinners, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

Fitness and participation

Our tours are designed for experienced cyclists. By booking, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in multi-day cycling with varied terrain and consecutive riding days.

Liability

Participants take part in tours at their own risk. Lusso Tours is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.

Changes to tours

We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries, routes, or accommodation if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that a tour is cancelled by Lusso Tours, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation

  • Deposit payments are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure may receive a partial refund of the balance paid, minus unrecoverable costs.

  • Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.

  • If Lusso Tours cancels a trip, all payments will be refunded in full.
