FAQ
What's included in the tour price?
Airport transfers, seven nights' accommodation with breakfast, guided routes every day (files sent in advance), two guides running A and B pace groups, professional mechanic support, photography and content from your trip, on-road support vehicle, a Lusso Tours jersey, secure bike storage, and assistance arranging rental bikes if needed.
What's not included?
Flights, lunches and dinners, and bike rental (though we can help arrange this).
How many people are on each tour?
Maximum 12 riders for most tours, though some destinations have smaller group sizes. This keeps the experience personal and allows both pace groups to run comfortably.
What fitness level do I need?
Our tours are designed for experienced cyclists who are comfortable riding consecutive days with varied terrain. If you regularly ride 80-100km and can handle climbs, you'll be fine. We run A and B pace groups so you can ride at a level that suits you.
Do I need to bring my own bike?
You can bring your own bike or rent one locally. We'll help arrange rental bikes if needed and can advise on specifications.
What happens if I have a mechanical issue during a ride?
A professional mechanic travels with the group and a support vehicle follows every ride. If you have a mechanical issue or need assistance, help is always close by.
How does booking work?
Pay a £300 non-refundable deposit to secure your space. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Once your deposit is confirmed, we'll send you further details about the tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
The £300 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, you'll receive a refund of any balance paid minus the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
Can I choose my room type?
Yes. When booking, you'll select from twin rooms (shared with another rider), double rooms for solo occupancy (with a single supplement), or double rooms shared with a travel companion.
